为解决基层敏捷制造问题,提出“寻位—加工”理论和基于该理论的智能化寻位加工技术;研究智能寻位加工系统的体系结构,给出系统关键环节的实现方案。该技术与系统的应用可有效提高生产过程的切换速度,为增强制造企业对市场动态变化的快速响应能力打下底层基础。
In order to solve the problem of agile manufacturing at the grass-roots level, this paper puts forward the theory of “seek bit-machining” and the intelligent seek processing technology based on the theory. The architecture of the intelligent seek processing system is studied, and the realization of the key part of the system is given. The application of this technology and system can effectively improve the switching speed of the production process and lay a solid foundation for enhancing manufacturing enterprises’ rapid response ability to market changes.
