中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,但其在发展过程中面临许多问题,其中的一个重要问题是融资困难。本文通过分析中小企业融资困难的原因,提出融资租赁是破解其融资难题的一种对策,并讨论了融资租赁方案的突出优点:提高融资成功率,缩短融通时间;降低财务风险;融资综合成本较低;能使企业获得稳定的长期贷款。通过实例,用某企业项目的融资租赁方案与贷款方案对比,证实了融资租赁的优越性。 Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of our national economy. However, they face many problems in the development process. One of the most important problems is the difficulty of financing. Based on the analysis of the financing difficulties of SMEs, this paper puts forward that financing leasing is a countermeasure to solve its financing problems and discusses the outstanding advantages of financing leasing schemes: increasing the success rate of financing and shortening the financing time; reducing the financial risk; Low; enable businesses to obtain stable long-term loans.
