目的观察中药宫炎清辅治慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法将200例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。2组均给予阿奇霉素口服+克拉霉素阴道给药进行常规抗炎治疗,观察组在此基础上另加用中药宫炎清口服治疗,2组均治疗1个月,比较2组的治疗效果及随访1年内的复发情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93%显著高于对照组的74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年内观察组的总复发率为10%明显低于对照组的32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药辅治慢性宫颈炎有很好的临床疗效,并且能显著降低其复发率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Gong Yanqing in treating chronic cervicitis. Methods 200 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 100 cases. Both groups were given azithromycin orally + clarithromycin vaginal administration for conventional anti-inflammatory treatment, the observation group on the basis of this plus the use of Chinese medicine Gong Yanqing oral treatment, two groups were treated for 1 month, the treatment of two groups were compared and Follow-up within 1 year of recurrence. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total recurrence rate was 10% in the observation group within one year after follow-up, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cervicitis has a very good clinical efficacy, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
