目的探讨高强度聚集超声(HIFU)在治疗乳房纤维瘤中的临床应用价值,以达到女性患者要求保存乳房完整,无疤痕的形态美的审美要求。方法:对符合要求的56例乳房纤维瘤患者,采用高频聚焦超声治疗仪进行治疗。结果:56例患者均获成功,手术治疗时间25～40分钟,平均31分钟,无一例皮肤灼伤,肿块等并发症,3例术后证实没完全治愈,行第二次治疗后肿瘤消失。结论:HIFU治疗纤维腺瘤是一种无痛、无疤痕、不出血、费用低、效果好的治疗方法,可以达到女性患者要求保留乳房形态美、无疤痕的审美要求。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of breast fibroids, so as to meet the aesthetic requirements of female patients to preserve the intact and non-scarred breasts. METHODS: Fifty-six patients with breast fibroids who met the criteria were treated with a high frequency focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus. Results: All the 56 patients were successful. The operation time was 25 to 40 minutes, with an average of 31 minutes. No skin burn, lump, or other complications occurred. Three cases were not completely cured after surgery. The tumor disappeared after the second treatment. Conclusion: HIFU treatment of fibroadenoma is a painless, non-scarring, non-bleeding, low-cost, and effective treatment. It can meet the aesthetic requirements of female patients to retain the beautiful breast shape and no scar.
