微创外科技术逐渐应用于医学各学科,种植手术切口的微创设计或不翻瓣术式体现了微创原则,成为近几年口腔种植外科的热点。笔者针对不同种植术式对软组织愈合的影响进行相应基础研究,并在临床中根据微创原则对传统种植术式及上颌窦底开放式提升术进行了适当改进,通过不翻瓣或小翻瓣切口设计,探索微创外科在种植领域的应用与发展。
