本文介绍了Z值法判别液体流动状态的基本概念及其临界Z值808的来源。文中分析和对比了牛顿液体、塑性液体、假塑性液体在管内或环形空间作层流流动时,紊流挠动易于发生的位置以及Z值的基本表达式,根据这些表达式可以进一步说明,用Z值与雷诺数Re判别液体流态的本质差别、相互关系及其特点。 文中还将Z值的有关计算式,绘制成计算图表,供现场工作参考。
This paper introduces the basic concept of Z value method to determine the state of liquid flow and the source of its critical Z value 808.
