采用可调式六角孔网格絮凝系统处理浊度为10 NTU、色度为30倍的低浊水,获得了良好的处理效果。在不同进水流量(150、200、250 L/h)下,对浊度和色度的去除率分别可达(79.0%~90.0%)、(74.0%~85.3%),且处理效果随进水流量的增大而降低;当六角孔网格模块按照网片面积由大到小的方式自上而下排列时,对浊度和色度的处理效果最好。低浊水经多个六角孔网格模块絮凝作用后,絮体的平均有效质量密度为1 287 kg/m3、平均当量粒径为328.70μm、平均自由沉速为12.94 mm/s、二维分形维数为2.58。
