目的分析中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析深圳市龙岗区慢性病防治院2012年3月~2013年3月皮肤科门诊100例神经性皮炎患者的临床资料,分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组予以复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以消风散加减治疗,观察两组治疗30d后的效果。结果观察组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(80%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎可有效缓解症状,疗效较好,值得临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with neurodermatitis in dermatology clinic from March 2012 to March 2013 in Longgang District, Shenzhen were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) Group was treated with dexamethasone acetate cream, and the observation group was treated with Xiaofeng Powder on the basis of the control group. The effect of 30 days after treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate (95%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%), P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Integrative treatment of neurodermatitis can effectively relieve the symptoms, the curative effect is good, it is worth clinical promotion.
