对输油管线穿孔事故进行了调查,对穿孔的输油管线的材质(材料成分和金相组织)和腐蚀产物进行了分析。认为引起管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是CO2和氧腐蚀,而管道内表面制造缺陷诱发的垢物沉积则对腐蚀穿孔起加速作用。
The perforation accidents of oil pipeline were investigated, and the material (material composition and microstructure) and corrosion products of perforation pipeline were analyzed. It is considered that the main cause of corrosion and perforation in pipelines is CO2 and oxygen corrosion, while the deposition of scale caused by defects in the inner surface of pipelines accelerates corrosion perforation.
