Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SPHK1 protein in 45 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, 36 cases of paracancerous hyperplasia tissues and 45 cases of normal tongue epithelial tissues. SPHK1 siRNA and control siRNA were transfected into Tca8113 cells respectively by lipofectamine 2000. The expression of SPHK1 protein in the cells was detected by Western blotting
