针对某型发电机性能测试需要,采用现代计算机控制技术设计开发了电负载控制系统。根据飞机供电系统性能参数要求和实际设备,采用高速数据采集卡采集发电机电网参数并计算功率,由可编程控制器控制电负载单元,测试特定负载下发电机性能及其对发动机影响。运用多线程技术,提高了系统实时性。经验证,系统满足实际测试要求,运行稳定可靠,测量准确。
According to the requirement of performance test of a certain generator, the electric load control system is designed and developed by modern computer control technology. According to the performance parameters of the aircraft power supply system and the actual equipment, a high-speed data acquisition card is used to collect the generator network parameters and calculate the power. The programmable controller controls the electrical load unit to test the generator performance under certain load and its influence on the engine.
