目的:分析先天性外耳道狭窄合并鼓室、听小骨畸形的CT表现。材料与方法:对经过电测听检查诊断为传音性耳聋者30例40耳进行横断及冠状位CT扫描。结果:40耳中有34耳呈骨性外耳道狭窄,6耳呈膜性外耳道狭窄,26耳合并有鼓室狭窄,19耳合并有面神经管乳突段前位,29耳合并有听小骨畸形。结论:经高分辨率CT对颞骨进行横断及冠状位扫描综合分析后即可获得外、中、内耳的三维影像资料,为临床提供影像学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the CT findings of congenital external auditory canal stenosis with tympanic cavity and ossicular deformity. Materials and Methods: Thirty patients (40 ears) with acoustic deafness diagnosed by electrical audiometry were transected and coronal computed tomography (CT). Results: There were 34 ears in 40 ears with stenosis of external auditory canal, 6 ears with membranous external auditory canal stenosis, 26 ears with tympanic cavity stenosis, 19 ears with front anterior facial papillary dura mater and 29 ears with hearing ossicular deformity. Conclusion: The three-dimensional imaging data of the outer, middle and inner ear can be obtained by comprehensive analysis of temporal bone and coronal scan by high-resolution CT, providing imaging evidence for clinical application.
