过去曾经确定,在构筑物滑模施工过程中,混凝土出模时的结构强度以0.1~0.25为宜。而且,在这一硬化期限内,构筑物外部混凝土的结构强度与其内部混凝土强度相差很大。这种差别不仅因为外部气温,而且和水泥品种,水泥用量、化学外加剂的种类与数量、构筑物的平面几何尺寸以及结构中的混凝土体积有关。构筑物采用滑模施工时,混凝土强度的测定,对确定混凝土的最佳浇灌速度致为必要。当混凝土的浇灌速度大于最佳值时,钢筋爬杆可能发生变形,混凝土保护层可能剥落;当混凝土的浇灌速度小于最佳值时,混凝土结构往往产生裂缝和破损现象。
