运营线钢桁梁桥上盖板涂装施工需要利用封锁时间对全桥桥枕进行多次来回移动及抽换。结构复杂的上盖板,其铆固拼接板、防爬角钢数量多,桥枕移动非常受限。合理设计施工工序,选好涂装材料并合理设计油漆时间间隔,严控涂装施工工艺,是确保涂装质量并优化工期的关键。本文以广巴线嘉陵江大桥上盖板涂装施工为例,浅谈该项目施工组织方式。
Operation of steel truss beam bridge deck coating construction requires the use of blocking time on the bridge full-bridge back and forth movement and replacement. The complex structure of the cover, the riveted stitching plate, the number of anti-climb angle, bridge pillow movement is very limited. Rational design of the construction process, selecting the coating materials and designing the paint interval properly, and strictly controlling the coating construction process are the keys to ensure the coating quality and optimize the construction period. In this paper, Guangba line Jialing River Bridge coating construction as an example, on the construction of the project organization.
