面对当前紧缩的货币政策,房地产企业的融资出现了一定困难,尤其对于资金需求量大、经营周期长的商业地产开发来说更是艰难。我国商业地产的融资要适应新的经济形势发展,需要吸纳国内外先进融资理念,采取多元化的融资模式,包括银行信贷款融资、上市融资、商业抵押担保证券、房地产投资信托等。
Faced with the current tightening of monetary policy, real estate companies have some difficulties in financing, especially for the development of commercial real estate with large capital demand and long business cycle. China’s commercial real estate financing to adapt to the new economic situation, the need to absorb advanced financing concepts at home and abroad, to take a wide range of financing models, including bank loan financing, listing and financing, commercial mortgage backed securities, real estate investment trusts.
