教学要深入细致,不能图热闹

本刊自10期发表了刘焕同志“我对学校开展评比竞赛的意见”—文后,大家展开了热烈的讨论。11、12期我们又连续发表了旷壁城、青江、李迪光等同志的文章,从虚实两方面分析了学校搞评比竞赛违反了循序渐进的学习规律,违反了因材施教的教学原则,违背了儿童心理发展的特点,妨碍了教师在教学上主导作用和学生自觉学习的积极性的发挥,妨碍了学校建立正规的教学秩序等,他们认为评比竞赛不适合学校工作特点,领导教学不能搞运动,必须深入细致地工作。有些同志不同意这种看法。本期发表的向清海同志的文章就很有代表性。他认为评比竞赛可以调动师生“教”与“学”的积极性,可以鼓干劲;可以在学生中建立集体荣誉感和培养新的品德;可以深入领导教学。为了比较集中的深入的讨论这个问题,希望大家针对向清海同志的意见或者从更为广泛的角度,就以下问题踊跃发表意见:一、领导教学不用评比竞赛的方法是否就是冷冷清清没有干劲?发挥师生教与学的积极性的正确途径何在?二、对教学工作上大搞评比竞赛与深入细致的工作的关系应如何认识?既搞评比竞赛又来精雕细刻是否体现了教学工作中的“两条腿走路”?评比竞赛有利还是不利于深入领导教学?三、通过评比竞赛来培养的集体荣誉感到底是回什么事?学生的思想教育工作应该如何作才对?四、学校需不需要有正规的教学秩序?如何建立这种教学秩序?评比竞赛对建立学校教学秩序会起到什么作用?五、学习上循序渐进的原则如何理解?我们开展这次讨论的目的,一方面为了深刻探讨学校开展评比竞赛这—方法的实质和后果.提高认识;另一方面则是为了研究领导教学搞好学习的正确途径,以指导工作。希望大家进一步从理论上从实践上进行研究或加以总结,就其中某个问题或某些问题提出意见。 This issue has been published from 10 comrades Liu Huan “I commented on the competition in schools,” - After the text, we started a lively discussion.
