1 国外 近20年来,国外军事飞行员心理选拔研究重点在于如何选准现代高性能战斗机飞行员,以形成最佳人机配合,最大限度地发挥武器装备效能。为此,首先从理论上重新诠释飞行能力概念。随着战斗机自动化程度提高,飞行员所经受的智能负荷逐渐加大。作为人机系统的监控者,飞行员承担着从感觉输入到决策输出的信息加工任务。飞行能力主要指对各种飞行信息综合加工处理的能力。
1 In the recent 20 years abroad, the focus of psychological selection research on foreign military pilots has focused on how to select modern high-performance fighter pilots so as to form the best man-machine cooperation and maximize the effectiveness of weapons and equipment. To this end, the concept of flight capability is first reinterpreted theoretically. As fighter automation increases, pilots experience a gradual increase in the smart load. As the monitor of man-machine system, the pilots bear the information processing tasks from feeling input to decision-making output. Mainly refers to the ability to fly a variety of flight information comprehensive processing capacity.
