采访周寰的那天,正遇上北京最大的那场沙尘暴,大唐电信那座20多层的大厦耸立在北京市海淀区学院路旁,楼顶上“大唐电信”四个红色的大字在漫天的风沙中显得苍茫而迷蒙。 周寰的办公室位于这座大厦的顶层,宽大的高背沙发后面是桑红色的书柜,里面摆满了各种各样的书籍,因为天气的原因,屋里显得有些暗。窗外的黄沙漫天飞舞,透过周寰低沉的语气,一个坚忍不拔的电信人与中国第一个国际电信标准TD—SCDMA的故事开始了……
