区域品牌是产业集群发展的产物,是产业集群核心竞争力的体现。我国工程机械产业发展的一个重要特点是形成了明显的产业集群现象,产业区域竞争优势开始显现。如何利用当前国际国内工程机械发展的有利市场环境,建立我国工程机械产业区域品牌,其战略运作模式是政府引导、企业自主、行业管理,可从区域品牌观念、政府重点扶持与服务、战略管理与营运体系、行业管理、集群创新与扩散等方面推进工程机械产业区域品牌战略模式实施。
