In this paper, the effects of cadmium on the mechanical properties of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were observed. Experimental control group, cadmium group and cadmium plus drug intervention group. The experimental results showed that the maximum velocity of contraction, the maximum diastolic velocity, the contractile force and the pulsation frequency of cadmium ion in cultured cardiomyocytes were significantly decreased, and the maximum velocity of systole and diastole was decreased. When the concentration of cadmium in the culture medium was only 1.64 × 10 4mol / L, the relative velocity of contraction and diastolic velocities decreased to 4083% and 3857% of the control group, respectively, while the concentration of cadmium reached 218 × 104mol / L, it caused the cultured cardiomyocytes The pulsatile frequency slowed down to 74.3% of the control group, and these effects were restored by fluid exchange and the effect of adrenaline or calcium on cadmium
