本文指出随着生产的发展,现有的模型实验方法显示出一些缺点。对于较复杂的工艺过程,采用相似转换数可使模型实验简单、经济、准确;并说明推导相似转换数的可能性和必要性。 选择了较好的氧气底吹转炉与其“空气一水”模型的相似转换数,并导出了模拟常数n的表达式;讨论了相似转换数的性质及其建立的基本原则;说明了实验结果的推广方法以及操作氧压P_2与熔池深度H的关系曲线对于设计和操作的实际意义。
This paper points out that with the development of production, the existing model experimental method shows some shortcomings. For more complex processes, the use of similar number of conversions can make the model experiment simple, economical and accurate; and explain the possibility and necessity of deriving similar number of conversions. The similar conversion numbers of oxygen bottom blown converter and its “air-water” model were selected and the expression of the simulation constant n was derived. The properties of the similar conversion number and the basic principles of the conversion were discussed. The experimental results The promotion methods and the relationship between the operating oxygen pressure P_2 and the depth H of the molten pool are of practical significance for design and operation.
