为提高清凉油乳剂 (由氢氧化钙溶液与麻油等量配制而成 )的稳定性 ,采用不同标示量的氢氧化钙溶液与不同厂家、不同批号的麻油配制成乳剂 ,以外观质量、乳滴直径、乳剂稳定性以及麻油中卵磷脂含量为指标 ,进行观察比较。结果 :当氢氧化钙溶液标示量在 80~ 10 0 %之间 (相当于氢氧化钙含量为 14 3.4~ 179.3mg/10 0ml) ,质量较为稳定 ;乳滴直径在 5 0 μ以下 ,乳剂较为稳定 ;麻油中卵磷脂含量低 ,乳剂相对稳定。提示钙离子浓度是清凉油乳剂稳定性的主要因素 ,其次应选择卵磷脂含量低的麻油。
In order to improve the stability of the cool oil emulsion (composed of equal amounts of calcium hydroxide solution and sesame oil), different amounts of calcium hydroxide solution and different manufacturers and different batches of sesame oil are used to formulate the emulsion, with the appearance quality and diameter of the emulsion droplets. The stability of the emulsion, the stability of the emulsion, and the content of lecithin in the sesame oil were used as indicators for observation and comparison. Results: When the amount of calcium hydroxide solution is between 80 and 100% (equivalent to 14 3.4 to 179.3 mg/10 0 ml of calcium hydroxide), the quality is relatively stable; the diameter of the emulsion is below 50 μm and the emulsion is relatively Stable; Sesame oil is low in lecithin and the emulsion is relatively stable. It is suggested that the calcium ion concentration is the main factor of the stability of the cool oil emulsion, and the sesame oil with a low lecithin content should be selected.
