通过对当前常见的高速公路工程项目管理模式的分析,提出高速公路项目管理模式的优化,论述高速公路项目战略管控的项目组织系统。随着项目管理模式的不断创新,工程管理采用战略控制型管理模式是高速公路项目投资业主的一项选择。通过加强项目管理系统的规章制度建设,提升基础管理能力,规范项目管理系统的运行,不断提高工程项目的管理能力。
Through the analysis of the current common expressway project management mode, this paper puts forward the optimization of expressway project management mode and discusses the project organization system of strategic control of expressway project. With the continuous innovation of the project management mode, adopting a strategic control-oriented management mode in project management is an option for owners of highway projects.
