目的 消毒是预防和控制医院感染的重要措施之一,为了有效的控制医院感染,1994～1996 年对本区部分医疗机构进行了消毒质量监测。方法 对使用中消毒剂、医护人员手、物体表面细菌污染采用活菌计数法,HBV 污染采用PCR 及ELISA 法。结果 受检单位有50% 成立医院感染管理委员会(小组);医院细菌污染逐年好转,物体表面及医护人员手细菌总数合格率1994年42.20% 、1995年58.82% 、1996年90.00% ,三者P<0.01,但HBV 污染严重,以牙科和检验科为主。阳性检出率最高PCR 为75.00% 、ELISA 为31.57% 。包括戊二醛在内的4 种消毒剂消毒效果不理想。结论 建议各单位搞好消毒管理工作,掌握消毒灭菌原则;加强供应室、牙科、检验科重点部门的管理;建立消毒质量控制制度,定期自行监测
The purpose of disinfection is one of the important measures to prevent and control nosocomial infections. In order to effectively control nosocomial infections, the quality of disinfection was monitored in some medical institutions in this area from 1994 to 1996. Methods The bacteria in the disinfectant, the hand of medical staff and the bacteria on the surface of the objects were counted by viable count method. The HBV contamination was detected by PCR and ELISA. Results 50% of the units under examination established the Hospital Infection Management Committee (group); the bacterial contamination in the hospital improved year by year; the pass rate of the total number of bacteria on the surface of the objects and the number of hand-hygiene staff in 1994 was 42.20% in 1994, 58.82% in 1995 and 90.00% in 1996; <0.01, but the HBV pollution is serious, mainly dental and laboratory. The positive detection rate of the highest PCR was 75.00%, ELISA was 31.57%. Four kinds of disinfectants, including glutaraldehyde, disinfectant effect is not satisfactory. Conclusion It is suggested that all units should do a good job in disinfection and management and master the principle of disinfection and sterilization; strengthen the management of key departments such as supply rooms, dentistry and laboratory departments; establish the system of disinfection quality control and regularly monitor on their own
