社会的发展必然造成经济利益多元化,造成了各利益主体的价值取向多元化,带动利益客体、利益关系及实现途径多元化。为了应对经济利益多元化形成的对社会思想文化建设的影响和挑战,应尊重利益主体的利益诉求,促成利益认同向价值认同的转变,从而形成社会思想文化认同,促进社会思想文化建设。
The development of society will inevitably result in the diversification of economic interests, resulting in diversification of the value orientation of all the stakeholders, the promotion of the objects of interest, the interest relations and the diversification of approaches. In order to cope with the influence and challenge to the social ideology and culture constructed by the diversification of economic interests, we should respect the interest demands of stakeholders and promote the change of benefit recognition to value recognition, so as to form social ideology and culture identity and promote the construction of social ideology and culture.
