三轮滑移公用齿轮机构操纵系统就当前所了解到的情况,大多采用两个手柄分别操纵两个滑移齿轮的结构,使用比较复杂。目前很多单位对如何简化操纵问题,做了不少新的探讨,如:蚌埠机床厂、安阳机床厂、河北矿冶学院、青海劳动机床厂等厂校,试制了单手柄凸轮操纵机构。其中除蚌埠机床厂采用的是圆柱凸轮外,其余均采用圆盘凸轮。由于加工螺纹至少须9个基本传动比,凸轮曲线势必较为复杂。为使机构便于加工和操纵,这里介绍了蚌埠机床厂和河北矿冶学院两种单手柄操纵机构,于复杂之中力求简单,可供参考。 从使用效果来讲,蚌埠机床厂的结构已经过两年考验。据反映,未发现什么问题。从结构上看,河北矿冶学院的设计似更简单些。但均未照顾到走刀量按顺序变化的问题,还有待进一步研究解决。

According to reflect, did not find any problem. From a structural point of view, Hebei Institute of Mining and Design may be more simple. However, they all failed to take care of the problem of the order of changes in the amount of cutting, which needs to be further studied and solved.
