自我效能与自我护理对喉癌术后患者的应用效果研究

目的:探讨自我效能与自我护理对喉癌术后患者的应用效果。方法:2019年1-6月收治喉癌手术患者44例,随机分为两组,各22例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予自我效能与自我护理协同干预。比较两组自我效能量表(GSES)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分及主管全面营养评定法(SGA)评定营养状况。结果:观察组GSES、ESCA评分及营养状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌术后患者采用自我效能与自我护理协同干预效果明显,可有效改善患者营养状况、自我效能及自我护理能力,从而
