目的:提高肌电图检查对腰骶神经根病辅助诊断的临床使用价值。方法 :在常规肌电图检查和神经传导检查的基础上 ,采用H反射和F波的近神经端测定。结果 :可以全面对腰骶骨神经根病损伤范围、节段及损伤严重程度等状况作出定量分析。结论 :该检查对根性损伤的确诊和诊断率的提高有重要的临床意义 ,为临床早期诊断及选择治疗手段提供了充分的数据
Objective: To improve the clinical value of EMG in the diagnosis of lumbosacral radiculopathy. Methods: Based on the conventional EMG and nerve conduction tests, the proximal nerve endings of H reflex and F wave were used. Results: A comprehensive quantitative analysis of the extent of lumbosacral radiculopathy, the severity of lesion and the severity of lumbosacral radicular injury were made. Conclusion: This examination has important clinical significance for diagnosing the root damage and improving the diagnosis rate, and provides sufficient data for early clinical diagnosis and treatment selection
