党的十一届三中全会以来,全省农村基层党组织坚决贯彻执行党的基本路线,全面落实党在农村的各项方针政策,带领和依靠广大农民群众,治穷致富奔小康,做出了显著成绩,涌现出了一大批先进党支部。为了贯彻落实党的十四届四中全会和《中共中央关于加强农村基层组织建设的通知》精神,进一步推动农村党的基层组织建设,今年初,省委组织部、宣传部作出了“评选农村先进党支部标兵”活动的安排部署。这个活动得到了广大基层党组织的重视。几个月来,全省各地严格按照评选条件,充分发扬党内民主,广泛走群众路线,进行了认真的推荐、评比。在此基础上,评选办公室又进行了严格的考察核实,最后,由省委决定表彰20个“全省农村先进党支部标兵”。这些标兵,从不同的侧面反映了我省农村先进党支部的风貌。既有带领群众长期艰苦奋斗,在干旱山区、风沙线上、高寒阴湿地区努力改变农业生产基本条件,扶贫攻坚,稳定解决温饱,并向富裕迈进的
