采用HNO3和H2O2的混合溶剂消解台琼海桐根、茎样品,再用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品消解液中的Li、B、Mg、Al、P、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ba、Cd、Pb、Na、K、Be、Tl、Mo等24种元素的含量。结果显示,台琼海桐根、茎中含有较丰富的人体必需的宏量与微量元素,其中Ca、K、Mg、P的含量很高,而且在茎中K、P的含量比根中的要高。所用方法的准确度用国家一级标准物质进行对比分析,精密度RSD在0.5%~6.9%,可以满足本实验测定结果要求。
Root and stem samples of Pittolum fortunei were digested with a mixed solvent of HNO3 and H2O2. ICP-AES and ICP-MS were used to determine Li, 24 elements of B, Mg, Al, P, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sr, Ba, Cd, Pb, Na, K, Be, Tl, Mo content. The results showed that roots and stems of Typhonium Taiqiong contained abundant macro and microelements essential for human body, among which Ca, K, Mg and P contents were high, and K and P contents in stems were higher than those in roots To be high. The accuracy of the method used for comparative analysis of national standard reference material, the precision of RSD 0.5% ~ 6.9%, to meet the requirements of the experimental determination results.
