本文采用多种极谱伏安技术较详细、系统地研究了嘌呤的极谱伏安行为。实验表明,在0.2mol/L的H_2SO_4底液中,嘌呤产生两个良好的还原峰(P_1,P_2),Ep_1=-0.76v,Ep_2=-1.10v,(vs.Ag/BgCl)。两峰峰高相近,在1×10~(-6)~9×10~(-4)mol/L浓度范围内,两峰峰高均与浓度呈良好的线性关系。P_2灵敏度较高,检出限可达5×10~(-3)mol/L.研究结果表明,两还原峰均为具有弱吸附特性的扩散电流。本文还对电极反应机理进行了探讨。
In this paper, a variety of polarographic voltammetry more detailed and systematic study of purine polarographic voltammetric behavior. Experiments show that 0.2 mol / L of H 2 SO 4 at the bottom of the purine produced two good reduction peak (P_1, P_2), Ep_1 = -0.76v, Ep_2 = -1.10v, (vs.Ag/BgCl). The peak height of the two peaks is similar, and the peak height of the two peaks shows a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 1 × 10 -6 -6 9 × 10 -4 mol / L. P_2 with high sensitivity and a detection limit of 5 × 10 -3 mol / L. The results show that the two reduction peaks are diffusion current with weak adsorption. This article also discusses the electrode reaction mechanism.
