近年来,我国的医患关系日趋紧张,医疗纠纷愈演愈烈,有的地区更是“医闹”成群,严重影响了正常的医疗秩序,加剧了医患之间的不信任。武夷山市妇幼保健医院由于“医闹”行为,曾有过停业7天的历史,实属罕见。有些地区的医院为求清净,聘请公安机关领导任副院长、保卫科副科长等职坐镇医院,引发了一片质疑之声。那么国外医生的执业环境如何呢?他们怎样应对或尽量避免医疗纠纷呢?本刊记者就此采访了美国德克萨斯大学西南医学中心的麻醉医生陶为科。
