本文对临床出现M蛋白血症的212例患者,经实验室分析后有38例确定为良性M蛋白血症,占17.9%。其中有IgG17例,IgA17例,IgM4例。平均M蛋白含量分别为IgG 1.42、IgA0.88、IgM 1.84(g/dl)。 还讨论了M蛋白血症良性与恶性的鉴别诊断要点。提出确定良性M蛋白血症实验室鉴定的5个程序:1.总蛋白定量;2.醋纤膜区带电泳;3.尿蛋白分析;4.免疫球蛋白定量;5.免疫电泳或选择免疫电泳。
In this paper, clinical analysis of 212 cases of patients with M leukemia, laboratory analysis of 38 cases identified as benign M leukemia, accounting for 17.9%. Of which there are IgG17 cases, IgA17 cases, IgM4 cases. The average M protein content were IgG 1.42, IgA 0.88, IgM 1.84 (g / dl). Also discussed the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant M protein hypostasis. Proposed five procedures to determine the laboratory identification of benign M leukemia: 1. Total protein quantitation; 2. Acetic membrane zone electrophoresis; 3. Urine protein analysis; 4. Immunoglobulin quantitation; 5. Immuno-electrophoresis or selective immunization Electrophoresis.
