三尖杉酯碱作为免疫抑制剂治疗过敏性紫癜,目前国内只见3例报告[新医学 1988;(3):161]。我院1988年收治3例,现将结果报告如下。例1:男,49岁。因反复发作性四肢散在性出血点4年而入院。以往曾4次住院,经抗过敏及激素治疗无效。本次入院后改用三尖杉酯碱1毫克静脉点滴,每天1次,共7天。自用药至第3天皮疹消退,7天后未再发现新的出血点。观察至今已1年余,未再复发。
Harringtonine as an immunosuppressive agent for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, only 3 cases of domestic current report [New Medical 1988; (3): 161]. Our hospital admitted in 3 cases in 1988, the results are reported as follows. Example 1: Male, 49 years old. Due to repeated episodes of limbs bleeding in 4 years and admitted to hospital. In the past had 4 hospitalizations, the anti-allergy and hormone therapy is invalid. After the hospital instead of harringtonine 1 mg intravenous drip, 1 day, a total of 7 days. Self-medication to 3 days rash subsided, no new bleeding after 7 days found. Has been observed for more than a year, no recurrence.
