目的:探讨猪红细胞膜糖肽的抗肿瘤转移作用;方法:通过腹腔注射给药测定其对小鼠肿瘤生长和转移的影响。结果:糖肽明显抑制S_(180)肿瘤及Lewis肺癌的生长,抑制率分别为52.62%和66.44%,对Lewis肺癌的自发性肺转移的抑制率为78.16%。结论:猪红细胞膜糖肽具有抗肿瘤生长及抗转移的生物学活性,是一很有发展前景的生化制剂。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of erythrocyte membrane glycopeptides. Methods: The effect of erythrocyte membrane glycopeptides on tumor growth and metastasis in mice was determined by intraperitoneal injection. RESULTS: Glycopeptides significantly inhibited the growth of S_(180) and Lewis lung cancers, the inhibition rates were 52.62% and 66.44%, respectively, and the inhibition rate of spontaneous lung metastasis of Lewis lung cancer was 78.16%. Conclusion: Porcine erythrocyte membrane glycopeptide has anti-tumor growth and anti-metastasis biological activity. It is a promising biochemical preparation.
