当今社会竞争日趋激烈,一个企业想要在竞争中占据优势,除了依靠现代管理方式和先进的技术外,还需要提升企业员工的思想政治素养。企业工会干部是企业员工的代表,在维护工人阶级地位和利益中发挥着重要的作用。新的时期下,提升企业工会干部思想政治素养,是保证企业发展方向,突出工人阶级当家做主地位的必然选择。笔者结合这些年在工会工作的一些经验,从四个方面分析了提升企业工会干部思想政治素养的措施。
In today’s society, the competition is fiercer and fiercer. An enterprise wants to occupy an advantage in the competition. In addition to relying on modern management methods and advanced technologies, it also needs to enhance the ideological and political accomplishments of employees. Trade union cadres in enterprises are representatives of enterprises and staff and play an important role in maintaining the status and interests of the working class. Under the new period, enhancing the ideological and political accomplishments of trade union cadres in enterprises is the inevitable choice to ensure the development direction of enterprises and to highlight the dominant position of the working class as the leader. Based on some experiences of working in trade unions in these years, the author analyzes the measures to enhance the ideological and political accomplishments of trade union cadres from four aspects.
