采用海泡石为载体,金属镍为活性组份,用漫溃沉淀法制成Me-海泡石型催化剂,并进行了结构分析。采用固定床连续流动反应装置,对此催化剂用于气相苯加氢制环已烷的活性进行评价。催化剂的活性温度由130—180℃扩宽到90—240℃;苯的液空速度由1.2h~(-1)提高到2.0h~(-1)。苯转化率高达100%,环已烷收率99.9%。
Using sepiolite as the carrier and nickel as the active component, Me-sepiolite catalyst was prepared by the diffusion-precipitation method and the structure was analyzed. A fixed bed continuous flow reactor was used to evaluate the activity of this catalyst for cyclohexane gas phase hydrogenation. The active temperature of the catalyst widened from 130-180 ℃ to 90-240 ℃; the liquid hourly space velocity of benzene increased from 1.2h -1 to 2.0h -1. Benzene conversion up to 100%, cyclohexane yield 99.9%.
