21例(13例慢性活动型肝炎,8例慢性迁延性肝炎)慢性乙型肝炎用干扰素(IFN)治疗后,研究HBV DNA、DNA聚合酶活力(DNA-P),血清HBeAg水平及末悄血2′,5′A合成酶(2-5AS)的关系。用IFN后2-5AS在3小时内开始上升,12~24小时达高峰。经IFN治疗HBV DNA、DNA-P和HBeAg转阴的患者,其2-5AS活力比不转阴者明显增加,二者有非常显著性差异。结果提示:2-5AS活力可以预测干扰素治疗的疗效、是用作治疗前预测对干扰素应答的一个指标。
Twenty-one patients (13 chronic active hepatitis and 8 chronic persistent hepatitis) were treated with interferon (IFN) after treatment of chronic hepatitis B. HBV DNA, DNA polymerase (P-DNA), serum HBeAg level Blood 2 ’, 5’A synthetase (2-5AS) relationship. 2-5AS with IFN began to rise within 3 hours, reached the peak of 12 to 24 hours. In patients treated with IFN, HBV DNA, DNA-P and HBeAg were negative, the 2-5AS activity was significantly higher than that of non-negative patients, with significant difference between the two. The results suggest that 2-5 AS activity can predict the efficacy of interferon therapy as an indicator of the predicted response to interferon therapy before treatment.
