开发了一种1100/7075/1100复合板的热轧制备方法,研究了热轧复合过程中各层金属厚度的变形规律,使用扫描电镜对1100和7075结合界面进行了微观表征,研究了热处理后界面扩散情况,以及热处理工艺对中间扩散层厚度的影响。研究表明,1100层变形大于7075层,复合板包覆率随着总压下量的增加而降低;热处理能促进界面金属元素的扩散,扩散层厚度随着退火时间的增加而增大;通过合适的热处理,可以使复合板获得较好的综合力学性能。
A hot rolling method of 1100/7075/1100 composite plate was developed. The deformation rules of the metal thickness in the hot rolling process were studied. The interface between 1100 and 7075 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. After the heat treatment, Interface diffusion, and heat treatment process on the thickness of the middle diffusion layer. The results show that the deformation of 1100 layer is more than 7075, and the clad ratio of composite board decreases with the increase of total pressure. The heat treatment can promote the diffusion of metal elements, and the thickness of diffusion layer increases with the increase of annealing time. The heat treatment, can make composite board get better comprehensive mechanical properties.
