TALYROUND51型圆度仪的圆图记录器是利用电笔在石墨记录纸上高压放电而绘出圆度曲线的。我厂原来使用英国进口记录纸,记录曲线清晰整洁,读数准确、方便;但换用国产记录纸后,记录曲线粗细不匀,增大了读数误差;放电笔经常将记录纸击穿,以致不能使用。这种现象是由于电笔放电电流偏大引起的。原放电电流是按照英国记录纸调定的。国产记录纸较进口纸薄,在同等的电压下,放电间隙减小,导致放电电流升高。以致出现记录曲线粗细不匀或记录纸击穿的现象。解决的办法是:增大记录笔回路串联电

Domestic record paper imports more paper, at the same voltage, the discharge gap decreases, leading to increased discharge current. As a result, unevenness of recording curve or breakdown of recording paper occurs. The solution is: increase the pen circuit in series
