一、前言对大截面钢芯铝绞线进行爆炸压接时,时有出现压接管内的外露钢芯被烧伤以致断裂的问题,严重影响接头的强度.为了更有效地防止钢芯损伤事故,必须充分深入研究钢芯损伤机理.目前,对钢芯损伤机理的看法上存在几种不同观点:1,认为损伤是由于爆炸压接时压接管内空气绝热压缩形成高温空气射流造成;2,认为是爆炸压接时空气冲击波等热效应使钢芯表层形成马氏体,在冲击波的作用下,表层马氏体产生裂纹,造成钢芯脆断;3,认为是爆炸压接
