正确而全面地评价心脏功能,必须包括心脏舒张与收缩功能。既往研究多注重于左心收缩功能,目前许多研究表明,各种心脏病的舒张功能改变往往是左心功能异常较早且较显著的表现。近20年来,经过无创伤性与创伤性检查的对比研究,表明心机械图可以获得心脏舒缩活动的信息,为临床上全面地评价心脏病患者的左心功能提供了可靠的无创伤性方法。
Correct and comprehensive evaluation of cardiac function, must include diastolic and systolic function. Previous studies have focused more on left ventricular systolic function, many studies have shown that changes in diastolic function of various cardiac diseases are often earlier and more obvious manifestations of left ventricular dysfunction. In the past 20 years, a comparative study of noninvasive and traumatic examination shows that cardiograph can obtain information on cardiac contractile activity and provide a reliable and non-invasive method for clinical evaluation of left heart function in patients with heart disease .
