困难群体就业问题一直是党和政府十分重视的社会问题。西方发达国家在促进困难群体就业方面积累了一定的成功经验,对于我国促进困难群体就业具有重要意义。借鉴经验与做法并从实际出发,探索中国特色的就业之路将有助于我国反贫困战略的顺利实施。
