对上海市中小学实验员队伍的调查表明:专兼职实验员分布情况不平衡,并在来源、学历、学科背景、任职年限等方面存在显著差异;专兼职实验员对专业职责有相当一致的看法,但现实行为有差异;工作量的折算方法、工资待遇以及职称问题,是影响实验员队伍质量的关键。学校对专职实验员比较重视,但培训机会少。只有各级领导和教师充分重视实验教学,实验员队伍的建设问题才可能得到真正解决。
