通过对海南省少数民族和贫困地区中小学教师队伍现状的调查和分析,统计结果表明,总体上教师队伍的状况良好。体现在教师性别比例基本均衡、年龄结构比例比较合理、教师对生活条件和工作环境比较满意、教师的社会认可度较高;但同时也呈现出教师的工作压力较大、教师的职业归属感较弱、教师的科研能力和水平有待提高等。
Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of teachers in primary and secondary schools in minority and underprivileged areas in Hainan Province, the statistical results show that teachers are generally in good condition. Teachers’ sex ratio is basically balanced, the proportion of age structure is more reasonable, teachers are more satisfied with living conditions and work environment, teachers have higher social acceptance degree, but also shows teachers’ work pressure is greater and teachers’ sense of belonging is more Weak, teachers’ research ability and level needs to be improved.
