目的:优化祛风成骨胶囊的喷雾干燥最佳工艺。方法:用正交设计法考察进风温度、喷雾压力、浸膏相对密度对产品中川芎嗪含量、干粉得率、含水量的影响。结果:最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件为进风温度170℃、喷雾压力为0.6MPa、药液相对密度为1.10(60℃热测)。结论:该喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行,可用于祛风成骨胶囊的生产。
Objective: To optimize the best technology of spray drying of Qufeng Chenggu capsule. Methods: The effects of inlet air temperature, spray pressure and relative density of extract on the content of ligustrazine, dry powder yield and water content were investigated by orthogonal design. Results: The optimal spray drying conditions were inlet air temperature 170 ℃, spray pressure 0.6MPa, liquid relative density 1.10 (60 ℃ thermometry). Conclusion: The spray drying process is stable and feasible and can be used for the production of expelling wind and osteogenic capsules.
