随着市场经济的飞速发展和改革开放进程的不断加快,技师学校作为培养社会主义事业接班人的重要阵地,必须把对青年学生的思想教育工作摆上更为突出的显要位置。我们对在校高职生思想教育方面,坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真学习贯彻党的十六大精神,致力于培养具有综合素质的新世纪人才,努力把握学生的思想脉搏,确立新思路、培育新载体、探索新模式,不断完善思想教育工作体制,使思想教育既成为促进学生成长的自觉动力,又成为学生成才的内在要素。
