在通风模拟装置上,通过变频器调整风机的风速,对稻谷堆进行横向与竖向、吸出与压入的通风条件下的静压值测定。研究表明:稻谷的单位粮层阻力使用二次函数拟合最为精确;当通风方式一致时,吸出式送风的单位粮层阻力大于压入式;当送风方式一致时,竖向通风的单位粮层阻力大于横向通风,说明稻谷粮堆具有各向异性;综合考虑时,横向吸出的单位粮层阻力大于竖向压入。稻谷粮堆的通风均匀度与粮面表观风速和粮层厚度呈正相关,竖向通风条件下的均匀性大于横向通风。
On the ventilation simulation device, the wind speed of the fan is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the static pressure value under the ventilation condition of horizontal and vertical rice paddles, aspiration and press-in is measured. The results showed that the grain filling resistance of paddy rice was the most accurate using the quadratic function fitting method. When the ventilation method was the same, the unit grain resistance of the aspirating air supply was greater than that of the press-in type. When the mode of air supply was the same, the vertical ventilation unit Grain layer resistance is greater than lateral ventilation, indicating that the grain piles have anisotropy; comprehensive consideration, the lateral pull out of the unit grain resistance is greater than the vertical pressure. Ventilation uniformity of rice grain piles is positively correlated with apparent wind speed and grain thickness of grain surface, and uniformity under vertical ventilation is greater than that of lateral ventilation.
