网络环境改变了人们获取信息和阅读书刊的途径。作为以收集、储存、整理、传播图书文献为主的图书馆,需要适应时代发展的要求,提出新的服务模式从而满足读者对于信息的需求。通过分析中国科学院大连化学物理研究所图书馆信息服务的具体实践,指出了网络环境下科研机构图书馆信息服务的新变化:即图书馆的信息吸收能力、处理能力和转化能力得到了强化。
The web environment has changed the way people access information and books. As a library which mainly collects, stores, organizes and disseminates books and documents, it needs to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times and propose new service modes to meet the needs of readers for information. By analyzing the concrete practice of library information service of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, this paper points out the new changes of library information service in scientific research institutes under the network environment: that is, the information absorption ability, processing ability and transformation ability of library have been strengthened.
