蟹苗育成幼蟹,其成活率直接影响河蟹池塘养殖及人工放流的产量。湖泊蟹苗的放流回捕率通常只有2~3%,最高也只有5%。同样,用蟹苗直接在池塘养殖成河蟹的成活率也不高。主要原因是,蟹苗容易死亡和流失,长成幼蟹的比例小。故提高蟹苗培育的成活率,是增加产量,提高经济效益的关键。为此,我们利用网箱在池塘内进行蟹苗育成幼蟹(0.5克左右)的试验,观察蟹苗生长变态的生活习性,并定期测定浮游生物、水温等,从中找出影响蟹苗育成幼蟹的因素。
